Why Balance Your Chakras?

Picture of your Chakras in balanceChakras are spinning wheels of energy that all have a certain colour. Where certain emotions, feelings or sensations block these chakras we tend to feel drained, heavy and lethargic. Once you have aligned and balanced your chakras properly by a professional energy healer you will become lighter and feel a lot more energetic. The other reason we want our chakras balanced is to help support an equal amounts chi flow that will keep our levels of energy up. Our lives are busy and we subject to many outside influences like stress which cause fluctuations in our energy flow.

When are energy chakras are balanced we have a harmonious flow of chi(prana) that easily flows through our bodies. This has the effect of the feeling of well-being, relaxation, centeredness and increased vitality and embodiment.

Past events, experience’s and even past lives and further influence how we feel, and the energy flow through our bodies.

The many stressors placed on us by the strains of life may create disruptions and instabilities in our energy flow and chakra imbalances. A chakra imbalance can affect:

  • How much chi flows through a chakra or chakra system
  • A chakra is deficient when the energy is “blocked” or it is “closed up”
  • A chakra becomes overactive when the chi flow is consistently increased and not regulated
  • The position of the auric field associated with one or several chakras is displaced

Balancing consists in establishing sufficient and consistent flow where there is not enough, regulating energy where there’s too much, and aligning where there’s distortion or displacement.

Zap your intolerances, allergies and habits part 2

It’s been a long time sinse I wrote my last post and I can finally reveal how to do this.

Now, all you need to be able to do it visualize yourself experiencing the problem, pain or experience that involves your allergy, intolerance or habit. Now once you have it in your minds eye I want you to notice a feeling somewhere in the body.

This feeling is the solution. When we are nervous we usually feel it in our stomach, same with fears. All I want you to do is imagine a colour associated with the feeling. Now pretend to reach in a pull out that colour and hold it in your hands.

You may notice it has changed colour or shape. It will be spinning a certain direction. I want you to physically turn it the other way and rotate it as fast as you can. When you believe its ready put it back into the body and allow the problem to release.

We call this technique neuro-somatic patterning.

Wouldn’t it be great to be able to easily zap away any problem you have? Nearly all allergies and intolerance’s are neurologically connected.
Using methods from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis and Holographic memory resolution we can put all the dots together and simply and easily eradicate these issues.

NLP taught us that we can see, listen and feel our own thoughts and experiences by reliving them in our own minds.

Most issues with allergies and intolerance’s happened at a young age where we experienced a reaction that our unconscious mind did not like. Sometimes this is bad reaction to food. Remembering our tummies are more sensitive at a young age and wheat, gluten and lactose can be tough to digest.

The unconscious mind stores experiences in the body as feelings and these collect, build up and compound together which sends us messages to stay away. All you simply did was learn from the experience.

If your body can learn something that quickly it can unlearn it at the same speed.

The Problem

Alex Maggs-Wellings recently worked with Billy (his name has been changed to protect his identity) who is an avid tennis player and likes to play competitive tennis at his local club. Recently, Billy has been struggling with loosing 6 out of his last tie breakers to his competitors. This started to lead him to doubting his abilities to overcome these tie-breakers with a win.

The Solution

Alex worked with Billy using the following methods;

  • Helped Billy to create mental imagery and future rehearsal of success through hypnosis
  • Helped Billy to focus on success and the strategies to have the right mindset before and after a match

Alex worked with Billy to collapse the belief that he could not win matches or breakthrough tiebreakers. By empowering Billy with mental triggers for staying relaxed on the court when he had to overcome a tiebreaker situation.

 

The Outcome

After working with Alex the following week Billy had his next tournament. While in his first match Billy had to face adversity when he once again found himself facing another tiebreaker situation.

As he got started with the tiebreaker he was overcome with the feeling of staying calm and relaxed and all the feelings of nots in the stomach and anxieties simply vanished and allowed Billy to focus his full attention on winning the tiebreaker and moving on in the tournament.

One of the questions that I am most frequently asked is how can I become more happy?

People often approach me seeking the secret of internal happiness and at the same token look to overcome bad memories.

To do this you need to have a purpose that is achievable. You can do this by setting simple, achievable goals, so the closer you get to a goal the more natural happiness you can achieve.

Such a process in itself seems to make the goal appear even more achievable and this increasingly natural state of happiness will release endorphins that make people even happier.

Such happiness comes when you move towards motivation which is framed by the setting of clear goals that are achievable in small chunks. By constantly hitting your happiness target you will increase the feeling of wellbeing.

Once you have this feeling you then need to set positive anchors that help you remember happiness. These anchors can be memories, emotions or anything which will help to trigger the happiness that you have achieved.

One final and very simple technique, but one which many people overlook, is simply to practice feeling happy. When you have the anchor of a positive memory, why not return back to that feeling and prove to yourself both how easy it is to achieve but also to maintain.
